WHO CAN JOIN THE 8 WEEK LOSING WEIGHT MOM CHALLENGE?

Any female (not just moms) who has access to the internet and from any state or timezone. If you have the desire, you are welcome to join!

DO I HAVE TO USE CERTAIN WEIGHTLOSS PRODUCTS?

No products are sold here. You are welcome to share your secrets on the Facebook page, but everyone is doing their own thing.

HOW DO I WEIGH IN?

Once you have paid you will have access to our “upload your weight” tab on the website. Weigh ins are every Tuesday and must be submitted before 9am PST. Week 1 and 8 are short video weigh ins, week 2-6 is just a quick snapshot of your scale with the number on it.

WHAT IF I MISS A WEIGH IN?

You are allowed to miss only 1 weigh in. If you forget, have an emergency, are out of town or submit late on Tuesday, it will count as your 1 miss. Weeks 1,7 and 8 are all Mandatory, no missing is permitted. If you miss more than 1 weigh in or do not weigh in on week 1,7 or 8 you will be disqualified from receiving prize money.

WHAT IF I JUST HAD A BABY?

If your baby is 6 weeks old by the start day of the challenge, you are welcome to join us!

WILL ANYONE SEE MY BEFORE/AFTER PICTURES?

Before and After pictures are required BUT no one will see them besides the Challenge Administrator if you want to keep them private.

DO YOU HAVE A FACEBOOK PAGE?

We have a public Facebook page: Facebook.com/losingweightmom and a private Facebook page for current challengers only (please add Jody Parkinson Evans as a friend so you can be added to the private group)

WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE START?

The Challenge begins June 2nd-4th. You can weigh in on the 2nd between 5am and 9am your timezone, the 3rd before 9am your timezone or the 4th before 9am your timezone. Whichever day you have available to record and upload your video.
