HOW MANY CAN YOU DO IN ONE MINUTE?

Burpees

Pushups (regular or woman, you pick)

Box jumps

How long can you hold a plank? (write it down)

Write down your score! We will be repeating this in 4 weeks!

 

For your box jumps, find two steps at home. Or do these at the gym with a step/risers. To modify it, count how many times you can step up two stairs (instead of jumping). Just remember “how” you are doing it, so the next time we do our assessment you can do it the exact same way. Here are some youtube videos for examples. Good Luck!
