Sometimes the number on the scale won’t budge. It makes it hard to feel good about yourself when that happens! Here is a fun little Challenge that I’m starting with a big group of my friends this week. Even if the scale doesn’t budge, when you are making good healthy choices daily, you should feel good about yourself! Here’s the chart for our little challenge:
Basically, we all have a teammate and we try to get as many points as we can. At the end of the 4 weeks, the team with the most points gets a reward! We are each putting $5 into a pot, fun right?! Get a group of friends together and you can use this chart too.
It’s all about making HEALTHY HABITS!! Crash diets are never a good idea. Being healthy is a lifestyle change. It doesn’t happen over night, but with perseverance it is possible!! Don’t give up.
